Partner for international projects

DLG is an experienced partner in international cooperation in the agricultural and food sectors. It works closely together with ministries, federal authorities and the private sector. As an experienced service provider, it implements international development cooperation projects and is a partner and service provider in international economic cooperation and export promotion initiatives.

DLG’s task areas include advising international development cooperation organisations, agricultural policy consulting and rural development projects, strengthening agricultural organisations, training and advanced training offers and projects in the field of quality management.

With its events, committees and networks, DLG establishes platforms for professional exchange in order to shape rural and agricultural development in developing and emerging countries.
 

Project references

DLG has undertaken projects in over 20 countries around the globe. The following projects cover central DLG areas of competence, such as e.g. dialogue formats (APD Moldova), innovations and sustainable agriculture (cluster farm project in Thailand), training and advanced training (German-Chinese exchange programme) and practical demonstration and training operations (Agricultural Training and Knowledge Center Zambia).

The projects are implemented with DLG in overall charge in some cases or as a professional partner as part of consortiums.
